Terms and conditions related to the monthly or quarterly Sales Tax declaration services

SALES TAX ENGAGEMENT LETTER
REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND TIMELINES POLICY - SAFETY TAX & BOOKKEEPING
Safety Tax & Bookkeeping values the satisfaction of its clients and always strives to provide quality services. Therefore, we have established the following refund, cancellation, and timelines policy to ensure transparency and security in our relationships with our clients:
Refund:
1.1. If the client requests a refund of the payment made, it will only be accepted if made within 5 days from the authorization of the service order, provided that the service execution has not begun.
1.2. The refund will be made within 15 business days after its approval by the company, and the value will be returned through the same payment method used by the client.
1.3. In cases of services already started, the refund amount will be proportional to the work already performed.
Cancellation:
2.1. The client can cancel the request for services by giving prior notice with at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled date for the service execution, without any penalty.
2.2. For recurring services, cancellation must be communicated at least 30 days in advance of the next scheduled service date.
Timelines:
3.1. The client has a period of 10 days to send the preliminarily requested documents to start the contracted service.
3.2. For recurring accounting services, the client has a period of 20 days to send information and documentation related to the previous month.
3.3. For Sales Tax Declaration services, the client has until the 10th day of the following month to send the necessary information.
3.4. For Payroll service, the client must send the information at least one day in advance of the scheduled date for payroll processing.
Complaint Analysis:
4.1. Safety Tax & Bookkeeping needs a period of 48 to 72 hours to analyze the client's complaint.
4.2. If the client does not receive any communication from the company within 20 days after sending the necessary documents, he must contact Safety Tax & Bookkeeping to obtain information about the progress of the service.
By accepting our order of service, the client implicitly agrees to all the clauses described in this policy. Therefore, it is important that the client carefully reads and understands each of the terms and conditions presented here.
